My name is Glenn Johnson and I’d like to welcome you to Live Fit.
My goal for this site is to help 1 million people find good health and fitness, comfort and satisfaction with their bodies.
Humans are a complicated species. We are controlled by instinct, hormones, emotions, peers, advertising, and memories. None of our systems work in isolation, and they should not be treated this way.
If you are unhappy with your body, your health, your fitness, your energy level, or your life, you can change it. You can, and I can help. We all need a little help from time to time.
As a health coach, I use a whole-person approach to help you find what is holding you back from being in the best health, fitness and happiness of your life.
I use a number of methods to help those that are ready for permanent change. On this website you will find Resources, Articles, and Podcasts to provide useful information (and a few products and books) for healthier living. I also offer Health Improvement Programs (generally used for weight loss) and Health Coaching (for continued success and trouble shooting).

A podcast is an on-demand talk radio show that is supplied through various resources on the internet. Mine can be found through any podcast website, software and smart phone app, but the easiest way is though this website. You can listen right from the page.
