A former US Marine, Bob has been teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-Defense, and working in the Fitness Trainer Program teaching Posture, Core Assessment and Corrective Exercise at Clark College since 2005. In 2007 & 2008 he coached the USA National Taekwondo Poomsae team at the World Championships in Incheon, Korea and Ankara, Turkey. In 2013 he began teaching Conditioning and Kickboxing at Portland Community College.
Bob specializes in Athlete Development and Corrective Exercise.
Naim has over 50 years of training and competitive sport experience. Fourteen years of which included National and International TaeKwondo competitions ( 7 gold, 2-Silver, and 4-Bronze medals- Including a Gold medal at the 1988 Olympic Trials). He now focuses on improving the mental toughness and attitude of athletes of all types and is a professional photographer on the side.
Steve is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, a Functional Movement Systems coach, Certified Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach with CHEK Institute, and a Certified Sport Nutritionist with ASAF with an Expert Rating. He is in the Air National Guard and is the nutrition expert at Horizon Sports.
