Five years later, recovering from depression, she took a plane to India again, where she discovered her deep connection to Buddhism, took her first yoga teacher training, and started to practice seriously.
For the past four years, she has taught yoga in the Berlin area, while deepening her own practice and teaching others how to become their own teachers.
On her website, Or helps yoga practitioners improve their skills and deepen their practice in a way that works with their schedules and their budgets.
