Buddhist Boot Camp
This is the book written by one of the most fascinating guests I’ve had on my podcast. He has such an wonderful and down to Earth perspective on health, life and happiness. His book is based on his experiences coming to terms with his own humanity. My guess is, everybody could learn something from him. No kidding. If you doubt it, give episode 18 a listen.
Enter The Zone
This book pretty much changed my life. It sounds like an exaggeration, but seriously, I would not be where I am, doing what I do if it weren’t for this book. I have been following the teachings of this book since I discovered it in 1997. I had always had wild blood sugar swings – until I “entered the Zone”. I also found I lost a few inches around my waist. This book has been the foundation of my nutrition recommendations to all my clients and my weight management program.
This is probably THE best book out there for healthy eating. It is made of up short, easily digestible bites of brilliant information. Read it and live by it and you will be nutritionally healthy. If everybody did this, I’d be out of a job.
